Delete your Wavvy Player data
You can ask us to delete the data your Wavvy Player account keeps in our cloud. Your videos, watch history and playback positions are never uploaded, so there is nothing of them in the cloud to delete.
What is deleted
- Profiles and network sources (SMB, WebDAV, FTP) synced to your Google account, including encrypted passwords
- Your account's free-trial record
- If you ask for it: your Google sign-in account in our system (this also removes your Wavvy TV Plus and Wavvy IP Camera data for the same account)
What is kept
- The device free-trial record, a one-way hash that is not linked to your name or email, so the trial cannot be restarted. It expires automatically after about 400 days
- Purchase records kept by Google Play under its own rules
Send the request from the Google account you use in the app. We complete requests within 30 days.
Fastest: in the app. Open My account → Delete my cloud data. Your cloud data is deleted right away and you are signed out.
Data on your device? Watch history, playback positions, favorites, thumbnails and settings are stored only on your device. Clear the app's storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app to remove them. Your video files are not touched.

Wavvy Player verilerinizi silin

En hızlısı: uygulama içinden. Hesabım → Bulut verilerimi sil bölümünü açın. Bulut verileriniz hemen silinir ve oturumunuz kapatılır.
Cihazınızdaki veriler mi? İzleme geçmişi, kaldığınız yerler, favoriler, küçük resimler ve ayarlar yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Silmek için Android Ayarları'ndan uygulama depolamasını temizleyin ya da uygulamayı kaldırın. Video dosyalarınıza dokunulmaz.
