Wavvy Player — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Wavvy Player is a video player for Android phones, tablets and Android TV. It plays videos stored on your device, on USB drives and SD cards, on your home network (SMB, WebDAV, FTP, DLNA/UPnP) and from stream addresses that you enter yourself.
Your videos never leave your device. Wavvy Player has no video server, no cloud storage and no upload feature. Video files and their contents are read directly from your device or your own network source and played on your screen. Your watch history, playback positions and favorites are stored only on your device.
Who is responsible for your data
Wavvy Player is published by Rize Teknoloji, which also publishes Wavvy TV Plus and Wavvy IP Camera. The three apps use the same Google Firebase project, and each app keeps its own data separately.

2. Information We Process
A. Information on Your Device Only
Your videos. To show your video library, the app reads the videos on your device through Android's media library (MediaStore). On Android 13 and later it asks for the "Videos" permission (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO), and on Android 14 and later you can allow access to selected videos only. On Android 12 and earlier it uses the standard storage read permission. The app does not request access to all files. Videos you open from USB drives, SD cards or other apps ("Open with") are read only when you choose them.
Library and playback data. Watch history, playback positions ("continue watching"), favorites, hidden folders, chosen audio and subtitle languages, subtitle style and delay, video thumbnails and your settings are stored in the app's private storage on your device. None of this is uploaded.
App lock. If you set a PIN, only a salted one-way hash of it is stored on your device. Fingerprint or face unlock is handled by Android; we never receive biometric data.
B. Information You Provide
Network sources. For SMB, WebDAV and FTP sources you enter a name, server address, port, folder path, user name and password. Stream addresses (http/https, HLS, DASH) are the ones you enter.
Profiles. Profile names, whether a profile is marked as a kids profile, and which sources belong to it.
On your device, network passwords are stored with Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences, backed by the Android Keystore. Everything else is stored in the app's private database.
C. Account Identifiers
Guest account. When you first open the app, an anonymous Firebase account is created. It is not linked to your name or email. A guest account never syncs profiles or network sources to the cloud.
Google account (optional). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, your display name and a Firebase user ID. Because Wavvy TV Plus and Wavvy IP Camera use the same Firebase project, signing in with the same Google account in these apps uses the same Firebase user ID. Each app keeps its own data separately.
D. Free Trial Records
New installs get a 7-day free trial. To stop the trial from being restarted by reinstalling the app or changing the device clock, we store two small records in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore:
- Device record. A one-way SHA-256 hash of your device's Android ID, combined with a salt specific to this app, together with the time it was first seen. The original Android ID cannot be recovered from the hash, and the record is not linked to your name or email. It expires automatically about 400 days after it is created.
- Account record. The time your account first used the app.
To read the current time reliably, the app also asks Android for network time and sends a short request to Google's connectivity check address (clients3.google.com/generate_204). Only the response's date is used.
E. Advertising Data (phones and tablets only)
On phones and tablets, the free version uses optional rewarded ads: after the free trial, one short ad you choose to watch unlocks three hours of the free version. Ads are never shown automatically, never interrupt a video, and there are no banner or full-screen ads. Android TV devices show no ads and do not load any advertising SDK.
On phones and tablets, the advertising SDK starts shortly after the app opens so that an ad is ready when you ask for one. From that point our advertising partners may collect:
- Your advertising ID (a resettable identifier you control in Android Settings)
- Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- Device and app information, and diagnostic data about the ad SDK
- Ad interactions (views, clicks, completed rewards)

F. Real-Time Usage Counter
While the app is open on screen, it keeps one small record in Firebase Realtime Database so we can see how many people are using it right now. The record contains a random installation ID created by the app, a timestamp, your app version, whether the device is a TV or a phone/tablet, your access type (free trial, Pro, ad-unlocked time or free version), the kind of screen that is open (playing, browsing or idle) and your approximate country and city.
The country and city come from your IP address. The app asks ipwho.is, or GeoJS as a fallback, once and keeps the answer on your device. Video titles, file names, server addresses and video content are never included. The record contains no name or email address, and it is deleted automatically by the server as soon as you leave the app, close it or lose your connection.
G. Usage Statistics and Crash Reports
Usage statistics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used: which screens are opened, which kind of source is played (for example local, SMB or DLNA) and the file format (for example MKV), which player features are used, your device type, how the app was installed, when the Pro screen is shown, when a rewarded ad is watched, and when a purchase is started or completed. These events contain no video titles, file names, folder names, server addresses, user names or passwords. Firebase Analytics uses an app instance ID and may derive your approximate location from your IP address.
Crash reports. We use Firebase Crashlytics. When the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, we receive the error details, your device model, Android version and app version. Crash reports contain no server addresses or passwords.
Remote settings. The app downloads settings from Firebase Remote Config so that we can adjust features without an update. This request carries the app instance ID and basic device information, but no personal content.
Analytics and Crashlytics are switched off in development (debug) builds.
H. Information We Do Not Collect
- Your videos, their contents, titles or file names
- Your watch history, playback positions or favorites (they stay on your device)
- GPS or precise location. The app requests no location permission
- Contacts, photos or other files on your device
- Payment card details (handled only by Google Play)
3. Local Network and Media Sources
To find and play your videos, the app talks to devices and servers that you choose:
- Network shares. The app connects directly to the SMB (SMB1 to SMB3, chosen automatically), WebDAV or FTP server you add, and sends your user name and password only to that server to sign in.
- Media servers (DLNA/UPnP). Discovery sends a multicast message on your local network and reads the replies of media servers that answer.
- Stream addresses. When you open an http/https, HLS or DASH address, the app connects directly to that address.
- Thumbnails and subtitles. For network videos, the app may read a small part of the file to create a thumbnail, and looks for subtitle files (.srt, .ass, .ssa, .vtt) next to the video. Thumbnails are stored on your device only.
- Frame capture. When you capture a frame, the image is saved to your device's gallery.
None of this traffic goes through our servers. The operator of a server or stream you connect to is responsible for what that server does.
4. Cloud Synchronization and Encryption
Optional, only for Google accounts. If you sign in with Google, only your profiles and saved network sources are synced across your devices using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. Guest accounts never sync.
What is synced. Profile names and the kids-profile setting; for each network source its type, name, server address, port, folder path, user name, display order and the date it was added, and the password in encrypted form.
What is never synced. Your videos, watch history, playback positions, favorites, hidden folders and settings.
Encryption. All traffic uses HTTPS. Network passwords are additionally encrypted with AES-256-GCM on your device before they are uploaded. If that encryption fails, the upload is cancelled; a password is never written to the cloud in plain text.
Signing out. When you sign out, the synced profiles and sources are removed from that device. They stay in your cloud account and come back when you sign in again.
5. Advertising and Your Consent
Rewarded ads are delivered through CAS.AI (Clever Ads Solutions), a mediation platform, which requests ads on our behalf from:
- Google AdMob
- Unity Ads
- Liftoff Monetize (Vungle)
Each of these is an independent data controller for the data it collects and has its own privacy policy.
Consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and regions with similar rules, a consent form managed by Google's User Messaging Platform is shown before personalized ads are used. Personalized advertising runs only if you agree.
Your controls:
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads
- Ads are only shown when you choose to watch one on the Pro screen
- Purchase Pro, which never shows ads, or use Android TV, which has no ads
6. Third Parties We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers below, only for the purposes stated.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases
Free trial. New installs get 7 days of full Pro access. No payment card is needed. The app shows you how much of it is left.
Free version. After the trial, on phones and tablets one short rewarded ad gives three hours of access to the free version (up to 2 network sources and 2 profiles). On Android TV, the free version is available as "Limited access" without ads.
Pro. Available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Purchases follow your Google Play account, so Pro bought on a phone also applies on your tablet and Android TV.
Payment data. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card number or any financial record. We only learn whether a purchase is active.

9. International Data Transfers
We are established in Türkiye. Google and our advertising partners process data on servers in the United States and other countries, which may not offer the same level of protection as your own. Where required, these transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider. For users in Türkiye, transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Article 9.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is inaccurate
- Delete your data (see Section 11)
- Object to or restrict processing
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable form
- Withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time, without affecting past processing
- Complain to your data protection authority — in Türkiye, the KVKK (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu); in the EU, your national supervisory authority
For residents of California and other US states with equivalent laws: We do not sell your personal information for money. Our advertising partners' use of identifiers may count as "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out by declining personalized ads, resetting your advertising ID, or emailing us.
To exercise any right, email wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr. We respond within 30 days.
11. Deleting Your Data
On your device. Delete a profile or network source inside the app, or clear the app's storage in Android Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes everything stored on the device, including your history and playback positions. Your video files themselves are never changed or deleted by these actions.
In the app. Open My account → Delete my cloud data. Your synced profiles and network sources (including encrypted passwords) and your account's trial record are deleted from the cloud right away, they are cleared from this device and you are signed out. Other devices signed in with the same account remove them at their next sync. Your Google account, your video files and your other Wavvy apps are not affected.
On the web. Use our data deletion page or email wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr from the Google account you use in the app. We delete your synced profiles, network sources and your account's trial record within 30 days. If you ask, we also delete your sign-in account from our system; because the same sign-in account is used by Wavvy TV Plus and Wavvy IP Camera, this also removes your data in those apps.
12. Children's Privacy
Wavvy Player is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country, where that is higher). The kids profile is a setting that parents can use on their own device; it does not create an account for a child. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr and we will delete it.
13. Security
- Network passwords are encrypted on the device with
EncryptedSharedPreferencesand the Android Keystore - Network passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are synced
- Cloud data is protected by Firebase security rules that limit each account to its own data
- Connections to our cloud use HTTPS
Some network protocols, such as FTP, older SMB versions and plain http streams, are not encrypted. That traffic stays between your device and your server, but its protection depends on your network and your server.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. When we do, we revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

1. Giriş
Wavvy Player, Android telefon, tablet ve Android TV için bir video oynatıcıdır. Cihazınızdaki, USB bellek ve SD karttaki, ev ağınızdaki (SMB, WebDAV, FTP, DLNA/UPnP) videoları ve kendi girdiğiniz yayın adreslerini oynatır.
Videolarınız cihazınızdan hiçbir zaman çıkmaz. Wavvy Player'ın video sunucusu, bulut depolaması veya yükleme özelliği yoktur. Video dosyaları ve içerikleri doğrudan cihazınızdan ya da kendi ağ kaynağınızdan okunur ve ekranınızda oynatılır. İzleme geçmişiniz, kaldığınız yerler ve favorileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
Verilerinizden kim sorumlu
Wavvy Player, Wavvy TV Plus ve Wavvy IP Camera'yı da yayınlayan Rize Teknoloji tarafından yayınlanır. Üç uygulama aynı Google Firebase projesini kullanır ve her uygulama kendi verisini ayrı tutar.

2. İşlediğimiz Veriler
A. Yalnızca Cihazınızda Kalan Bilgiler
Videolarınız. Video kitaplığınızı gösterebilmek için uygulama cihazınızdaki videoları Android'in medya kitaplığı (MediaStore) üzerinden okur. Android 13 ve sonrasında "Videolar" iznini (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO) ister; Android 14 ve sonrasında yalnızca seçtiğiniz videolara erişim verebilirsiniz. Android 12 ve öncesinde standart depolama okuma iznini kullanır. Uygulama tüm dosyalara erişim izni istemez. USB bellekten, SD karttan veya başka bir uygulamadan ("Birlikte aç") açtığınız videolar yalnızca siz seçtiğinizde okunur.
Kitaplık ve oynatma verileri. İzleme geçmişi, kaldığınız yerler ("İzlemeye devam et"), favoriler, gizli klasörler, seçtiğiniz ses ve altyazı dilleri, altyazı stili ve gecikmesi, video küçük resimleri ve ayarlarınız uygulamanın cihazınızdaki özel alanında saklanır. Bunların hiçbiri yüklenmez.
Uygulama kilidi. PIN belirlerseniz cihazınızda yalnızca PIN'in tuzlanmış, tek yönlü özeti saklanır. Parmak izi veya yüzle açma Android tarafından yürütülür; biyometrik veriniz bize hiç ulaşmaz.
B. Sizin Sağladığınız Bilgiler
Ağ kaynakları. SMB, WebDAV ve FTP kaynakları için bir ad, sunucu adresi, port, klasör yolu, kullanıcı adı ve parola girersiniz. Yayın adresleri (http/https, HLS, DASH) sizin girdiğiniz adreslerdir.
Profiller. Profil adları, profilin çocuk profili olarak işaretlenip işaretlenmediği ve hangi kaynakların o profile ait olduğu.
Cihazınızda ağ parolaları, Android Keystore ile desteklenen EncryptedSharedPreferences kullanılarak saklanır. Diğer her şey uygulamanın özel veritabanında tutulur.
C. Hesap Tanımlayıcıları
Misafir hesap. Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda anonim bir Firebase hesabı oluşturulur. Bu hesap adınıza veya e-postanıza bağlı değildir. Misafir hesap, profilleri ve ağ kaynaklarını hiçbir zaman buluta eşitlemez.
Google hesabı (isteğe bağlı). Google ile giriş yaparsanız e-posta adresinizi, görünen adınızı ve bir Firebase kullanıcı kimliğini alırız. Wavvy TV Plus ve Wavvy IP Camera aynı Firebase projesini kullandığı için bu uygulamalarda aynı Google hesabıyla giriş yapmak aynı Firebase kullanıcı kimliğini kullanır. Her uygulama kendi verisini ayrı tutar.
D. Ücretsiz Deneme Kayıtları
Yeni kurulumlar 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme alır. Denemenin uygulamayı yeniden kurarak veya cihaz saatini değiştirerek baştan başlatılmasını önlemek için Google Firebase Cloud Firestore'da iki küçük kayıt tutarız:
- Cihaz kaydı. Cihazınızın Android kimliğinin, bu uygulamaya özel bir tuzla birleştirilmiş tek yönlü SHA-256 özeti ve ilk görüldüğü zaman. Özetten asıl Android kimliği geri elde edilemez ve kayıt adınıza veya e-postanıza bağlı değildir. Oluşturulduktan yaklaşık 400 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir.
- Hesap kaydı. Hesabınızın uygulamayı ilk kullandığı zaman.
Saati güvenilir biçimde okuyabilmek için uygulama ayrıca Android'den ağ saatini ister ve Google'ın bağlantı kontrol adresine (clients3.google.com/generate_204) kısa bir istek gönderir. Yanıttan yalnızca tarih bilgisi kullanılır.
E. Reklam Verileri (yalnızca telefon ve tablet)
Telefon ve tabletlerde ücretsiz sürüm isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam kullanır: ücretsiz deneme bittikten sonra izlemeyi seçtiğiniz kısa bir reklam, ücretsiz sürümü üç saat boyunca açar. Reklamlar asla kendiliğinden gösterilmez, hiçbir zaman videonuzu bölmez; banner veya tam ekran reklam yoktur. Android TV cihazlarında reklam gösterilmez ve hiçbir reklam SDK'sı yüklenmez.
Telefon ve tabletlerde, istediğinizde bir reklamın hazır olması için reklam SDK'sı uygulama açıldıktan kısa süre sonra başlar. Bu andan itibaren reklam iş ortaklarımız şunları toplayabilir:
- Reklam kimliğiniz (Android Ayarları'ndan sıfırlayabileceğiniz bir tanımlayıcı)
- IP adresiniz ve buradan türetilen yaklaşık konum
- Cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri ile reklam SDK'sına ait teşhis verileri
- Reklam etkileşimleri (görüntüleme, tıklama, tamamlanan ödüller)

F. Anlık Kullanıcı Sayacı
Uygulama ekranda açıkken, o anda kaç kişinin kullandığını görebilmemiz için Firebase Realtime Database'de küçük bir kayıt tutar. Kayıt şunları içerir: uygulamanın ürettiği rastgele bir kurulum kimliği, bir zaman damgası, uygulama sürümünüz, cihazın TV mi yoksa telefon/tablet mi olduğu, erişim türünüz (ücretsiz deneme, Pro, reklamla açılan süre veya ücretsiz sürüm), açık olan ekranın türü (oynatma, göz atma veya boşta) ve yaklaşık ülkeniz ile şehriniz.
Ülke ve şehir IP adresinizden belirlenir. Uygulama bunu bir kez ipwho.is'e, olmazsa GeoJS'e sorar ve cevabı cihazınızda saklar. Video adları, dosya adları, sunucu adresleri ve video içeriği asla kayda girmez. Kayıtta adınız veya e-posta adresiniz bulunmaz; uygulamadan çıktığınız, uygulamayı kapattığınız ya da bağlantınız koptuğu anda sunucu tarafından otomatik olarak silinir.
G. Kullanım İstatistikleri ve Çökme Raporları
Kullanım istatistikleri. Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için Google Firebase Analytics kullanıyoruz: hangi ekranların açıldığı, hangi tür kaynağın oynatıldığı (örneğin yerel, SMB veya DLNA) ve dosya biçimi (örneğin MKV), hangi oynatıcı özelliklerinin kullanıldığı, cihaz türünüz, uygulamanın nereden yüklendiği, Pro ekranının ne zaman gösterildiği, ödüllü reklamın ne zaman izlendiği ve bir satın almanın ne zaman başlatılıp tamamlandığı. Bu olaylar video adı, dosya adı, klasör adı, sunucu adresi, kullanıcı adı veya parola içermez. Firebase Analytics bir uygulama örneği kimliği kullanır ve IP adresinizden yaklaşık konumunuzu çıkarabilir.
Çökme raporları. Firebase Crashlytics kullanıyoruz. Uygulama çöktüğünde veya beklenmeyen bir hatayla karşılaştığında hata ayrıntılarını, cihaz modelinizi, Android sürümünüzü ve uygulama sürümünü alırız. Çökme raporları sunucu adresi veya parola içermez.
Uzaktan ayarlar. Özellikleri güncelleme yayınlamadan ayarlayabilmek için uygulama Firebase Remote Config üzerinden ayar indirir. Bu istek uygulama örneği kimliğini ve temel cihaz bilgilerini taşır, kişisel içerik taşımaz.
Analytics ve Crashlytics geliştirme (debug) sürümlerinde kapalıdır.
H. Toplamadığımız Veriler
- Videolarınız, içerikleri, adları veya dosya adları
- İzleme geçmişiniz, kaldığınız yerler veya favorileriniz (cihazınızda kalır)
- GPS veya hassas konum. Uygulama konum izni istemez
- Cihazınızdaki kişiler, fotoğraflar veya diğer dosyalar
- Ödeme kartı bilgileri (yalnızca Google Play işler)
3. Yerel Ağ ve Medya Kaynakları
Videolarınızı bulmak ve oynatmak için uygulama sizin seçtiğiniz cihaz ve sunucularla konuşur:
- Ağ paylaşımları. Uygulama eklediğiniz SMB (SMB1–SMB3, otomatik seçilir), WebDAV veya FTP sunucusuna doğrudan bağlanır; kullanıcı adınızı ve parolanızı oturum açmak için yalnızca o sunucuya gönderir.
- Medya sunucuları (DLNA/UPnP). Keşif, yerel ağınıza bir çoklu yayın (multicast) mesajı gönderir ve yanıt veren medya sunucularının cevaplarını okur.
- Yayın adresleri. Bir http/https, HLS veya DASH adresi açtığınızda uygulama doğrudan o adrese bağlanır.
- Küçük resimler ve altyazılar. Ağdaki videolar için uygulama küçük resim oluşturmak üzere dosyanın küçük bir bölümünü okuyabilir ve videonun yanındaki altyazı dosyalarını (.srt, .ass, .ssa, .vtt) arar. Küçük resimler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
- Kare yakalama. Bir kare yakaladığınızda görüntü cihazınızın galerisine kaydedilir.
Bu trafiğin hiçbiri bizim sunucularımızdan geçmez. Bağlandığınız sunucunun veya yayının yaptıklarından o sunucunun işletmecisi sorumludur.
4. Bulut Eşitleme ve Şifreleme
İsteğe bağlı, yalnızca Google hesapları için. Google ile giriş yaparsanız yalnızca profilleriniz ve kayıtlı ağ kaynaklarınız Google Firebase Cloud Firestore üzerinden cihazlarınız arasında eşitlenir. Misafir hesaplar hiçbir zaman eşitlenmez.
Eşitlenenler. Profil adları ve çocuk profili ayarı; her ağ kaynağının türü, adı, sunucu adresi, portu, klasör yolu, kullanıcı adı, sıralaması ve eklendiği tarih ile şifrelenmiş hâlde parolası.
Asla eşitlenmeyenler. Videolarınız, izleme geçmişiniz, kaldığınız yerler, favorileriniz, gizli klasörleriniz ve ayarlarınız.
Şifreleme. Tüm trafik HTTPS kullanır. Ağ parolaları ayrıca yüklenmeden önce cihazınızda AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir. Bu şifreleme başarısız olursa yükleme iptal edilir; bir parola buluta hiçbir zaman düz metin olarak yazılmaz.
Çıkış yapmak. Çıkış yaptığınızda eşitlenmiş profiller ve kaynaklar o cihazdan kaldırılır. Bulut hesabınızda kalırlar ve tekrar giriş yaptığınızda geri gelirler.
5. Reklamlar ve Rızanız
Ödüllü reklamlar bir mediation platformu olan CAS.AI (Clever Ads Solutions) üzerinden sunulur. CAS.AI bizim adımıza şu ağlardan reklam talep eder:
- Google AdMob
- Unity Ads
- Liftoff Monetize (Vungle)
Bu ağların her biri, topladığı veriler bakımından bağımsız veri sorumlusudur ve kendi gizlilik politikasına sahiptir.
Rıza. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve benzer kuralların geçerli olduğu bölgelerde, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam kullanılmadan önce Google User Messaging Platform ile yönetilen bir rıza formu gösterilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca onay vermeniz hâlinde çalışır.
Kontrolleriniz:
- Reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayın veya silin: Android Ayarları → Gizlilik → Reklamlar
- Reklam yalnızca siz Pro ekranında izlemeyi seçtiğinizde gösterilir
- Hiç reklam göstermeyen Pro'yu satın alın ya da reklamsız çalışan Android TV'yi kullanın
6. Verileri Paylaştığımız Üçüncü Taraflar
Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Yalnızca aşağıdaki sağlayıcılarla, yalnızca belirtilen amaçlarla paylaşıyoruz.

7. Abonelikler ve Satın Almalar
Ücretsiz deneme. Yeni kurulumlar 7 gün boyunca tam Pro erişimi alır. Ödeme kartı gerekmez. Uygulama ne kadar kaldığını gösterir.
Ücretsiz sürüm. Deneme bittikten sonra telefon ve tabletlerde kısa bir ödüllü reklam, ücretsiz sürüme üç saatlik erişim verir (en fazla 2 ağ kaynağı ve 2 profil). Android TV'de ücretsiz sürüm reklamsız "Sınırlı erişim" olarak kullanılır.
Pro. Aylık veya yıllık abonelik ya da tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur. Abonelikler, Google Play'den iptal edene kadar otomatik olarak yenilenir. Satın almalar Google Play hesabınıza bağlıdır; telefonda alınan Pro, tabletinizde ve Android TV'nizde de geçerlidir.
Ödeme verileri. Tüm ödemeler Google Play Billing tarafından işlenir. Kart numaranızı veya herhangi bir finansal kaydınızı asla görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Yalnızca bir satın almanın etkin olup olmadığını öğreniriz.

9. Yurt Dışına Veri Aktarımı
Türkiye'de yerleşiğiz. Google ve reklam iş ortaklarımız verileri Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve diğer ülkelerdeki sunucularda işler; bu ülkeler kendi ülkenizle aynı düzeyde koruma sunmayabilir. Gerekli olduğu hâllerde bu aktarımlar Avrupa Komisyonu'nun Standart Sözleşme Hükümlerine veya sağlayıcının sunduğu eşdeğer bir güvenceye dayanır. Türkiye'deki kullanıcılar bakımından aktarımlar KVKK Madde 9 uyarınca gerçekleştirilir.
10. Haklarınız
Bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) dahil, şu haklara sahipsiniz:
- Hakkınızda tuttuğumuz kişisel verilere erişme
- Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
- Verilerinizin silinmesini isteme (bkz. Bölüm 11)
- İşlemeye itiraz etme veya işlemeyi kısıtlatma
- Taşınabilirlik — verilerinizi makinece okunabilir biçimde alma
- Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için verdiğiniz rızayı istediğiniz zaman geri çekme — geçmiş işlemeyi etkilemez
- Veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma — Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK), AB'de ulusal denetim makamınız
Kaliforniya ve eşdeğer yasaları olan diğer ABD eyaletlerindeki kullanıcılar için: Kişisel bilgilerinizi para karşılığı satmıyoruz. Reklam iş ortaklarımızın tanımlayıcıları kullanması CPRA kapsamında "paylaşım" sayılabilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamı reddederek, reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayarak veya bize e-posta göndererek çıkış yapabilirsiniz.
Herhangi bir hakkınızı kullanmak için wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine yazın. 30 gün içinde yanıt veriyoruz.
11. Verilerinizi Silme
Cihazınızda. Uygulama içinden bir profili veya ağ kaynağını silin ya da Android Ayarları'ndan uygulamanın depolama alanını temizleyin. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da geçmişiniz ve kaldığınız yerler dahil cihazda saklanan her şeyi siler. Video dosyalarınız bu işlemlerle hiçbir zaman değiştirilmez veya silinmez.
Uygulama içinden. Hesabım → Bulut verilerimi sil bölümünü açın. Eşitlenmiş profilleriniz ve ağ kaynaklarınız (şifreli parolalar dahil) ile hesabınıza ait deneme kaydı buluttan hemen silinir, bu cihazdan da kaldırılır ve oturumunuz kapatılır. Aynı hesapla giriş yapmış diğer cihazlar bunları bir sonraki eşitlemede kaldırır. Google hesabınız, video dosyalarınız ve diğer Wavvy uygulamalarınız etkilenmez.
Web üzerinden. Veri silme sayfamızı kullanın veya uygulamada kullandığınız Google hesabından wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine yazın. Eşitlenmiş profillerinizi, ağ kaynaklarınızı ve hesabınıza ait deneme kaydını 30 gün içinde sileriz. İsterseniz sistemimizdeki giriş hesabınızı da sileriz; aynı giriş hesabı Wavvy TV Plus ve Wavvy IP Camera'da da kullanıldığı için bu, o uygulamalardaki verilerinizi de siler.
12. Çocukların Gizliliği
Wavvy Player 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir (ülkenizde dijital rıza yaşı daha yüksekse, o yaşın altındakilere). Çocuk profili, ebeveynlerin kendi cihazlarında kullanabileceği bir ayardır; çocuk adına hesap açmaz. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri verdiğini düşünüyorsanız wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine yazın, veriyi sileriz.
13. Güvenlik
- Ağ parolaları cihazda
EncryptedSharedPreferencesve Android Keystore ile şifrelenir - Ağ parolaları eşitlenmeden önce AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir
- Bulut verileri, her hesabı yalnızca kendi verisiyle sınırlayan Firebase güvenlik kurallarıyla korunur
- Bulutumuza yapılan bağlantılar HTTPS kullanır
FTP, eski SMB sürümleri ve düz http yayınları gibi bazı ağ protokolleri şifresizdir. Bu trafik cihazınız ile sunucunuz arasında kalır, ancak korunması ağınıza ve sunucunuza bağlıdır.
Hiçbir sistem kusursuz biçimde güvenli değildir. Kişisel verilerinizi etkileyen bir ihlalden haberdar olursak, yasanın gerektirdiği şekilde sizi ve ilgili makamı bilgilendiririz.
14. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
Uygulama değiştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde en üstteki "Son Güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Bir değişiklik verilerinizi işleme şeklimizi esaslı biçimde etkiliyorsa, yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde sizi bilgilendiririz.
